Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before design and manufacturing work has commenced.
Once design, engineering, or production activities have started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.
Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Order cancelled before design work begins.
- Payment received for a project that cannot be executed by the company.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Custom mould design work completed.
- Manufacturing process started.
- Customer-approved designs already moved to production.
- Delays caused by customer-side approvals or specification changes.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
