SBR Fabrication & Manufacturing provides custom mould design, mould manufacturing, tooling solutions, and related engineering services.
Quotations
All quotations provided by the company are subject to revision until officially accepted by the customer and confirmed by the company.
Orders
An order shall be considered confirmed only after:
• Acceptance of quotation
• Receipt of agreed advance payment
• Confirmation by SBR Fabrication & Manufacturing
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, documents, content, logos, and website materials are the intellectual property of SBR Fabrication & Manufacturing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate specifications, drawings, dimensions, and project requirements. Delays caused by incorrect information shall not be the responsibility of the company.
Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
